#THESEANTIZZLEEXPERIENCE AND ALL THE THRILLS I HAD ON EASTER HOLIDAY

Easter Holiday

Top of my goals in my Lagos living is having relishing weekends. Mind you, I am not in the group of folks who wait till weekend before they have fun, everyday of the week is a vibe for me but I can’t lie; I live the week days for work and this Easter weekend was on a really cool vibe.

When weekends come, I make sure not to do as much work as I used to during the week. Whether I am indoor or out there, I take it upon myself to have satisfactory weekends.

With Thursday being the last working day in the Easter week, I knew I was going to have a long weekend ahead. My plans are usually not the agitating ones, no adrenaline rush, no fuss – all I just calmly register in my mind is to be utterly satisfied.

Obviously I made plans for the Easter holiday and even prepped alternative plans in case things don’t go the soft way I planned. Events went as planned for me with a plenteous sprinkle of spice which made me excited enough to share:

THURSDAY

I knocked off work into few hours meeting with one of my media friends, that made me miss the most part of The Basement Gig happening at The FreeMe Space, Lekki. I made it there as the sweet happy girl regardless.

SATURDAY

I resisted all the indecisive notions that tempted to pop up on Saturday after sleeping the whole good Friday away.

I gave myself all the time I needed to achieve a decision, during which I made alternative plans to come in handy when required.

There were two events lined up for me; in my luxury of thoughts I deliberated which to go, how to make it to both and what to do when all plans fail

Gidi Fest was at Landmark Beach on the island while #TheSeanTizzleExperience was going to hold at the Afrika Shrine on the mainland, and if for unforseen reasons I couldn’t make it to either of the events – I planned to thrill myself to some movie series indoor. See how covered I was!

#TheSeanTizzleExperience became the primary plan. I slid in a track pant, tank top, put a face cap over my hair to be on that hippie vibe for the night.

I expected more from the appreciation concert Sean Tizzle called it but the experience brought him back to my mind as a sleek singer of all times.

The plan for Sunday was induced on Saturday night, it came with plentious sprinkle of spice because it was my boss’ birthday at ‘Moments‘ new studio.

Nice time was the least word for what I had over there. Food, drinks, chills, vibes and lots of pictures on my new custom made apparels by Moments. What more can I ask for?

SUNDAY NIGHT

One of those beaches in Lagos called us to come for loud music and more Hennessy but it did not state there would be a special thrill for me. Before we left the beach, I joined two other girls from our gathering on the amusement ride; that thing takes you up high air and make you scream. . . .

Monday was a refreshing day for me, all I did was eat, sleep and repeat.

See more photos of my holiday and tell me how yours went.
