How I spent my Eid holiday this year was entirely different because I did not go to Abuja. Did I hear awwwwn? That must be because I have overworked myself in Lagos to imagine going for such short break over there. Then again, doing something different doesn’t hurt. You already know the story will be different but the purpose of getting away to relax for that period of time didn’t go unachieved.

I hope this introduction will appease to my newest enemies who I couldn’t come through with meat for lol. I did not go to my father’s house where I would have as much access to meat. Let’s say I also went meat scouting in Ibadan too.

The meat scouting was exactly the fun part of it by going from one location to the other. Yea I went to few places with friends and families. I reached out to a long time buddie of mine who I haven’t been able to connect with physically in ages.

I tried the Jameson triple blended whiskey for the first time and you know the journey is not complete without stopping over to eat amala.

I did not realize how refreshing all that was until it was time to say goodbye. I felt it within me and it smiled through my skin that I indeed had a refreshing time.
