WEST BRIDGE GARDEN, ABUJA
I told you HERE how anxious my old man was the last time i visited him in Abuja. The story has not changed from him calling me like 10 times per hour to know where i have gotten to.
You know the rest of the story about the large, warm, welcoming embrace from the rest of the family. Much thanks to the Eid holiday, the plan was to escape Lagos atmosphere for a bit.
If you have read my post about the National Mosque in Abuja, you’ld remember i told you he stays in one of the staff apartments there.

My brothers keep growing by the second same as i have equally grown into a greater girl too. Voices in my head tell me so.
I began my FCT cruise with my brothers at the National Council for Arts and Culture. The cultural garden is just in front of the Silver Bird galleria, not so far from the house but they wouldn’t let us take pictures around the place.

We toured round the magnificent mosque the umpteenth time and it was fun to be live on Instagram. I want to do that again in another beautiful place.

To climax my stay in Abuja, my cool cats and i made for the West Bridge Garden just in front of the house too.
We were pink with excitement when the place turned out a pink chinese garden.
The garden opens 10 – 10 daily but did not function cos of the sallah break. I am well aware of the abundance of parks and gardens in Abuja but this has got to be the most colourful of the few i have seen around.
To think that my colour-rich attire and pink veil added more spice to our presence there, i couldnt wait for the shutter sounds.

The creeping lizards were as friendly as the horticultural layout there. My brothers boasted they would be the most regular customers there. Lol
We proceeded to another garden just beside the West Brigde Garden. This place hasnt opened fully yet. Its another massive beauty!
We ended the cruise at some other park to munch masa and suya.
This captures my entire stay in Abuja for Eid break and yea i had so much fun.
How was your sallah break? Drop me the load-down in the COMMENT BOX.
Love Always
Sa’eedah!
