If you were a fervent party rocker in the previous decade, you will attest to how May D called the shots of how to boogie down on the dance floor. He watered the grounds with spinning records and melodies worthy of not being forgotten in a long time. This is 2021, let’s give May D his gracious seat and scepter.

You wouldn’t argue that founding a label of his own after numberless international collaborations is a feat worthy of mention but more importantly sticking his feet to the surface till the present moment. He has since his inception never left us a year without remarkable creativity.

May D’s previous EP and his first official single off the DMW label featuring Davido weren’t materials to play with and he is here in a new birth to prove to us one more time that he is indeed the same ‘SureBoy’ of 2013.

SureBoy EP is a 7-tracker project executively co-produced by Davido and also featuring Peruzzi. The need to shed more light on this new body of work is a reminiscence of May D’s energy on the ‘Ile Ijo’ monster track. If you were ever under the grip of that song in the time past, you will tell the new school kids what to prepare for in this extended play.
